  • Editing includes, but not limited to, lighting adjustments on indoor shots and sky-replacement on outdoor shots, as necessary. Cloudy days don't have to mean blah frontage and dreary interior photos in your listings.

  • Still photos including a high-altitude homestead shot

  • Available as an add-on to a Virtual Tour Package, Realtor Special, Realtor Walkthrough Special or Short Term/Vacation Rental Package .   We will create floorplans based on the space scanned during the creation of the 3D model.  Rooms/areas that are unable to be added to the 3D model may not be shown on the floorplans.

  • HD/HDR interior/exterior photos.  Edited images will be delivered via download link the day after the appointment. Photo license allows usage for internet marketing directly related to booking the property. 

  • Tour updates available for $150 (to showcase new paint, carpet, appliances, furniture or other upgrades)

  • Custom landing page available - embedded 3D Virtual Tour, still photographs, text you provide, optional schematic floorplan and optional drone videography for $30.00 setup fee.  Landing page hosting is provided free of charge while virtual tour is active.

Late Cancellation/Reschedule Fee

$100.00

Once you've confirmed an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel/reschedule. If you fail to provide us advance notice or should we arrive onsite and the property isn't ready, safe or accessible, you are responsible for the Late Cancellation/Reschedule fee.

Payment Information

We will send you an estimate for your project that outlines our understanding of what you've requested, the location and time that is scheduled.  Once you've reviewed and accepted our estimate, we will confirm your appointment.  When we've completed your project,  we will convert your estimate to an invoice and email it and your completed project.  Once you've reviewed your completed project and are satisfied that we've met your expectations, you can click on the "Pay Now" in the invoice email to make your electronic payment.  Any other form of payment must be approved by us before we confirm your appointment.  Checks are only accepted if received no later than the time of your appointment.  No completed projects will be released to you before your check clears.
