• Editing includes, but not limited to, lighting adjustments on indoor shots and sky-replacement on outdoor shots, as necessary. Cloudy days don't have to mean blah frontage and dreary interior photos in your listings.

• Still photos including a high-altitude homestead shot

Late Cancellation/Reschedule Fee

$100.00

• Once you've confirmed an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel/reschedule.

• If you fail to provide us advance notice or should we arrive onsite and the property isn't ready, safe or accessible, you are responsible for the Late Cancellation/Reschedule fee.
